These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of avelqora.com, owned by Avelqora S.A.S. By using the site, you accept these conditions and the applicable Argentine regulations.
1. Purpose
The site offers informational and educational content about real estate crowdlending and the Argentine residential market. It does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice, nor a public offer of investment under Capital Markets Act 26,831.

You can browse the site, subscribe to the newsletter and share links respecting the law, good faith and these terms. It is forbidden to use the site for fraudulent purposes, to distribute illegal content or to attempt to breach its systems.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
