Privacy Policy
At Avelqora S.A.S. (hereinafter «Avelqora», «we») we process personal data in compliance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326 and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This document describes what data we collect through avelqora.com, for what purpose and what your rights are.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you provide by completing the newsletter subscription form (name and email) and the technical data automatically collected through cookies and similar technologies (identifiers, device type, operating system, browser, pages visited, referrer and session data).
3. Purpose
The data is used to: (i) send informational communications about real estate crowdlending and sector content in Argentina; (ii) measure site usage in aggregate; (iii) prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations; (iv) respond to enquiries.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, prior, express and informed consent (art. 5, Law 25,326), granted when completing the form or accepting cookies. We may also process data on the basis of legitimate interest, legal compliance or fulfilment of your request.
5. Retention
Newsletter data is kept as long as the subscription is active and for a reasonable additional period to evidence the consent granted. Technical data is kept according to the Cookie Policy.
6. Recipients and transfers
We may use technology providers acting as processors (for example, email, hosting and analytics services). We do not sell personal data. If international transfers occur, they will be carried out with the safeguards required by Argentine regulations.
7. Data subject rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@avelqora.com. You may also file a complaint with the AAIP (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access control and periodic review of our processes.
9. Updates
We may modify this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page with the update date.
